Engaging the target audience at BHTC’s new office in Pune!

BHTC is the world market leader for environment operating / control units and the professional for incredible HMI(Human Machine Interface) system solutions which empower humans to take centre stage.
When they decided to start a new office in Pimpri, Pune, they required networking opportunities and planned a one-day tech show at their new workplace.
Challenges
- BHTC planned on organizing a tech show for their audience at their new office. However, the place was under construction; therefore, making it presentable was challenging.
- This was the first time they were going for brand activation, and achieving objectives was crucial.
- It was a concern to make an exciting display with their products on an under-construction site for audience engagement.
- Insufficient lighting was another hindrance that made highlighting products difficult.
Our Solution:
- One essential requirement was to display their products excitingly. So, we offered three Creeya backdrops, 20 stand-alone Creeya frames to display their products, and some butterfly counters. .
- Since space was not an issue, we offered a booth of 1000sqft booth for them. It created a broad scope for display and arrangement
- We gave them Octonorm walls to cover the area as it was their new office. With Creeya and Luminy backdrops for branding and Creeya stand-alone stands to display 20 products, we could combat the issue regarding lighting while bringing focus to the product display.
- We created a door for entry and exit with Octonorm walls, while for lights, we used the pole lights focused lights on Octonorm walls. In addition, we incorporated more lights on Creeya backdrops to brighten the room efficiently while drawing focus toward branding and display. Lastly, the Luminy backdrop was used for primary communication and tagline branding.
