Robert Bosch GmbH, commonly known as Bosch, is a German multinational engineering company that believes in technology that is “Invented for life.”

Amidst a prodigious presence in India, Bosch wanted to reach out to its audience across India and promote their services, benefits, packages incl. enrolment for on-site services. To achieve this they needed a viable solution that could portray a standard brand image all over while still give top notch execution quality to their visitors.

On approaching Insta Brand Activation, we suggested to them our portable and reusable tents from our Europlus range. It was the perfect choice for Bosch because of its umpteen features. They are strong, sturdy, and perfect for outdoor locations. Apart from Europlus we also suggested them our standees to jazz up the event. From design, manufacturing, printing and delivery we did it all in house.

Challenges:

  1. Bosch was looking out for dealership activation solutions that they could make use of to reach out to their audience to spread awareness of the benefits of their car service centers.
  2. Bosch wanted to conduct the activity on PAN India level and hence they were looking forward to a portable solution which meant something robust, operative, and yet portable.
  3. The main objective of this dealership activation was to spread awareness. And hence they had to be on the road, therefore the solution had to be compact, affordable, consistent, with ample branding space, and had to withstand all weather conditions.

Solution:

After an elaborate briefing with Bosch and understanding their goals and objectives from the show, here’s how we sort it out for them:

  1. Considering this was a dealership marketing activity wherein Bosch wanted to promote their car service centers, their benefits, and packages, and enroll on-site for service, we knew they wanted sufficient branding space. And our suggested standees did the job just right! Its classic and sleek design with curved edges at the top provides ample portrait style branding opportunity.
  2. Bosch wanted to reach out to its audience on a PAN India level and hence they wanted kits that were robust, operative, and yet portable. The tents are all-weather resistant plus they are portable and quick to set up. After a successful event, they could pack them in a compact portable bag, fit them at the back of a car or a pick up van, and hassle-free move towards the next location. Also because the promotional activity was to happen at the roadside and we had to keep in mind the various weather conditions of India, like heavy rain, wind, and harsh sun.
