Brand activation increased Austrian Two-Wheeler Giant KTM’s footprint
KTM, an Austrian sports cars and motorcycle manufacturing company partially owned by Indian two-wheeler giant Bajaj Auto is known for its highly capable off-road motorcycles. KTM motorcycles have been the largest manufacturer of motorcycles in Europe for 4 consecutive years since 2012.
The giant manufacturer of motorcycles had been searching for a partner to help them with brand activation and approached us intending to increase footprint via BTL activities and to maintain consistent branding across all dealerships. KTM had put their faith in us, and we did all the needful to help them achieve their goals.
KTM’s Requirements:
- The target audience of KTM was biking enthusiasts from all age groups. KTM reached out to us for brand activation to promote their pan India events and boost brand visibility. As this was majorly an outdoor event the company had insisted on sturdy setups that would hold against the sun, wind, and rains. KTM also wished to have customized backdrops with branding space for the event. Also, the ride events were supposed to have on-site booking stations for the customers with unique offers. Hence, KTM needed an interactive promotional kit.
- Another challenge brought to us by KTM was to increase the footprints via BTL activities at malls, corporate parks, and RWA. KTM needed an effective brand recall and therefore was looking for consistent branding across all dealerships.
Our Solution:
We studied the requirements of the brand thoroughly and offered them the solution that served every purpose of their campaign.
The ride event
- We provided KTM with an extremely resilient Active Box. This comprehensive promotional setup consisted of Europlus, a tent-like structure that works best for outdoor locations as it withstands rain, wind, and sun. And when dismantled, it fits into a small portable bag which makes logistics even easier.
- Europlus was complemented with high-quality graphics printing on a fade, dust, and crease resistant fabric. Consistent branding was maintained to comprehend the theme of the event and the image of the brand.
- Another part of this Active Box was promotional flags. These flags were sturdy, had a contemporary design, and looked fabulous with the branding. With Europlus and Flags, the spacious promotional kit served the purpose of setting up registration counters, refreshment stations, and a roomy training center just as desired by KTM.
Dealership Activation Campaign
- When it came to dealer activation setup, we provided KTM with another Active box comprising of Europlus in two different sizes of 2x2 and 3x3. The variation in sizes gave the brand flexibility to display its bikes without any hassle of small or expansive areas.
- Europlus being modular in design and highly portable it saved a lot of logistics expenses and turned out to be very cost-effective for the brand.
- Consistent branding was sustained with vibrant and crisp graphics to complement Europlus making it the perfect eye-catching promotional setup.
